Demo Ride Disclaimer – 2026 Kawasaki ZX-6R RideNow Powersports North Fort Worth offers limited demo rides on the 2026 Kawasaki ZX-6R, subject to the following terms and conditions. Rider Eligibility To participate in a demo ride, riders must: Be 18 years of age or older Possess a valid motorcycle endorsement for a minimum of one (1) year Have at least one (1) year of riding experience, which may be: Self-attested by the rider Verified at the dealership’s discretion Documented if requested Present a valid government-issued photo ID RideNow Powersports North Fort Worth reserves the right to refuse any demo ride at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to rider experience, safety concerns, weather conditions, or motorcycle availability. Safety Gear Requirements All riders must wear full protective riding gear, including: DOT-approved motorcycle helmet (full-face recommended) Eye protection (if not using a full-face helmet) Full-finger gloves Protective riding jacket or long-sleeve outerwear Long pants Over-the-ankle boots or footwear No exceptions will be made. Demo Ride Details & Restrictions Demo rides are accompanied by a RideNow Powersports employee Rides follow a pre-determined route Approximate distance: 3.5 miles Maximum duration: 15 minutes No passengers allowed Demo rides are subject to weather conditions Riding behavior must remain safe, controlled, and legal at all times (No racing, stunts, aggressive riding, or reckless behavior) Demo Ride Availability Demo rides are offered: Tuesday through Saturday 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM Subject to motorcycle availability, staffing, and weather conditions Financial Responsibility & Insurance By participating in a demo ride, the rider agrees to: Assume full financial responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the motorcycle during the demo ride Maintain valid motorcycle insurance as required by law Be responsible for applicable deductibles, repair costs, or replacement costs resulting from damage
